Hello,

On what kind of machine (desktop with a screen, or "server") did you
launch yade, and what kind of yade executable did you launch ?

This warning "Warning: no X rendering available (see
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=13189)" (not an error) is
typical and not an issue if you launch e.g. yade-batch. The same would
apply on a cluster.
