Hey Yor, good to hear from you. I want to help you, but I have a couple
of requests on my end to save me some time and increase launchpad forum
quality:

First, it would also be tremendously helpful if you could narrow down
your problem to "I turn *this feature* on and the code breaks, I turn
*this feature* off and the code works."

Second, do you mind posting the script here on launchpad? I think it is
better for a few reasons:

-Longevity of Launchpad 
    *The link you provide may very well die and future yade users will not be able to see how this question panned out
-Searchability for other users with similar code keywords 
    * Users usually type their script keywords directly into the search, so they find similar scripts on the launchpad forums)
-Script length
    * If you are forced to put your script in the thread, you will likely widdle it down to a true minimal working example, rather than just post entire code with unnecessary computation.
