Thank you, I see the periodic particles after adding the setBox and dimensions however I also get a runtime error:
FATAL /build/yadedaily-2016.06a-24-0557faf~xenial/core/ThreadRunner.cpp:30 run: Exception occured: 
/build/yadedaily-2016.06a-24-0557faf~xenial/pkg/common/InsertionSortCollider.cpp: Body larger than half of the cell size encountered.
ERROR /build/yadedaily-2016.06a-24-0557faf~xenial/py/wrapper/yadeWrapper.cpp:587 wait: Simulation error encountered.

Do you know a way around this?
