I guess TorqueRecorder.rotationAxis and zeroPoint are in global axis, according to the source code [*]. Note also TorqueRecorder is not really clump-specific (thus there is no reason it would relate with the clump local axis)
2.
Regarding your example, how do you know "the force is [..] 0.15 meter away from the center of the clump" ?
