The box defined by the preprocessor SimpleShear can be sheared as
depicted Fig. 2 (right) of [*] (provided the user adds KinemCNDEngine
[**] to O.engines)

To me, this looks exactly the same than a simple shear box like the
1γ2ε, and quite different than a direct shear box.
