radii.append(b.shape.radius)
getRadiusArray()
values, base = np.histogram(data, bins=40)
cumulative = np.array(np.cumsum(values),dtype=float)
perc = cumulative/max(cumulative)*100
plt.semilogx(base[:-1], cumulative, c='blue')
