Looking at http://yade-dem.org/packages/bionic/ (it's a web page), it
seems packages have indeed changed of complete name.

Replace thus the *.deb file names of https://answers.launchpad.net/yade/+question/678447 with what you can observe at http://yade-dem.org/packages/bionic/.
(some knowledge about what wget command and .deb files are would not hurt, but internet will be much more useful to you in this aspect, than me)

Looking at your error "dpkg: error: requested operation requires
superuser privilege" strongly suggests you also need to have
administrator rights ("sudo ..." in Linux)
