This is getting strange. Inside this file we can see:

#define OMPI_MAJOR_VERSION 1
#define OMPI_MINOR_VERSION 10
#define OMPI_RELEASE_VERSION 2

And yet, the compiler complains that they are not defined. But there is
no error two lines above regarding #include <mpi.h> ?
