It seems that there is one package missing in the list.

Execute the commands

wget http://www.yade-dem.org/packages/xenial/python-yadedaily_2018.02b-290bf6a54e~xenial-1_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg --install ./*yadedaily*.deb
sudo apt install -f

and report the results.
