Hi,

1. and 2.I think Tetra and Polyhedra shapes are actually different and
not related one to another. Contact algorithms for Polyhedra are
described at
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0032591014005191

Thanks to CGAL library they apply to any (convex) polyhedron, without
any subdivision in Tetra shapes.

3. These two functions both return a body of Polyhedra shape. Their
behavior / expected (or useable) attributes indeed differ though. One
accepts a random generation of vertices, the other waits for the user to
define them, for instance.
