I ran some simulations using 1e99 and looks like this solved the problem, now Macro Poisson is varying with the Micro value.
Low kT/kN values are now behaving like expected based on Šmilauer's thesis (e.g. kT/kN=0 ⇒ v≃0.259)

Thank you for the support, I'll continue now towards the inelastic part
of the calibration.
