Thanks for the information!
I tried many approaches but it looks like YADE is corrupted or something alike on my end hence this difference.
I just built a docker image with a new instalation of YADE and it looks like yade-batch is now yielding the same values as yade.
Also thanks for the iterPeriod tip!
