Othman Sh confirmed that the question is solved:
My bad, looks like I just copied getInvVoidVolume from post #1 and I
should have copied it from the reference link. I tried the correct
function getCellInvVoidVolume and it gave me all zeros. I will wait for
the bug to be fixed.
