Hi Mithu,

Are we still talking about the simulation that you posted in this
thread?

I don't have much experience with deformable particles, but I think that
there are no such particles in your simulation. Only walls, facets, and
spheres. Have you read this [1]?

Also, try to run the script after you compact the spheres, and tell
whether the results look reasonable.
