Hi Bruno,
You are right!
When I change the value of flow.meshUpdateInterval from 2 to 1000(default value),the running speed from 3/s to about 55/s.
So a further question is whether the default value can be used, or how to determine this value (I set it to 2 by referring to the setting in [1]).
