Hi Jan,

Thank you for the answer. It is so unfortunate that no one has push the
changes although many people have used the model.

As you mentioned there is a question [3] about incorporating the
changes, did you receive any pull request of his code? The code in [2]
is still quite messy and cannot be used directly.
