The level set can be used to described the body surface, and then the
new or non-spherical particles can be created by this step.

In YADE documentation, the utils.phiIniPy() can be used to describe the
superellipsoid, right?

And if I want to use LS-DEM to create the shape I want, the PhiIni
parameter has to be a mix of c++ and python code, right? Or we can use
pure python approach...
