I tried it but I have this message: 

print('getDepthProfiles=',getDepthProfiles())
Boost.Python.ArgumentError: Python argument types in
    yade._utils.getDepthProfiles()
did not match C++ signature:
    getDepthProfiles(double volume, int nCell, double dz, double zRef, bool activateCond, double radiusPy, int direction)
