Hi Gao,

Please provide MVE [1].

I think that the way that interactions are now exported is the least
confusig one. Let's say, we have three spheres squized together along
x-axis  (sphere 0, 1 and 2 respectively). So we have two interactions
0-1 and 1-2. Now, let's move the spheres to the right so the sphere #2
goes beyond the cell and appears on the left side of the cell. How would
you like to visualize the interactions 1-2?
