Actually, the final goal of this code is to perform cyclic simple shear
test.

Thus, the K0 stress condition overburdened by using top-cap plate should be transferred to the following stages (CBT_T4.py)
The minimum informations for the final test are position of bodies(spheres, facets), material properties, interactions (internal stresses and stresses acting between spheres and facets)
