there will be a few things we need from you as we put all the pieces in
place.  The first and most important for now is we need a LaunchPad team
who will do code reviews for the project (it can be an existing team).
This needs to be a sub-team of https://launchpad.net/~openstack (we can
do that part if you can't).

  Move 'anvil' to stackforge

Status in OpenStack Core Infrastructure:

Bug description:
  I'd like to move the anvil tool to stackforge, which seems to make
  sense.

  I am getting it up and running for folsom (some adjustments are
  happening) but it would seem more appropriate to be under that github
  'organization' than the y! one...

  Let me know what needs to happen there (if anything). Thx!
