  Libvirt LVM instance disks do not support snapshots

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When using 'libvirt_images_type=lvm', snapshots are non-functional
  because they were never implemented.  The LVM system inherently
  supports snapshotting.  Thus, it should be trivial to implement
  support, which would provide feature parity with qcow and raw disks.
