  Use Keyring to store Tokens

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Tokens can be used more than juswt once, but right now, each CLI call
  fetches a new one.  We can use Keyring to securely hold the token for
  a span of time and reduce the number of network round trips.
