  loop device leaks after injection using localfs

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In nova.virt.disk.vfs.VFSLocalFS.teardown(), self.mount.do_umount() is
  called as a cleanup. It causes leak of loop devices since do_umount()
  does not detach the loop devices.
