  add-fixed-ip breaks dhcp

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When using nova add-fixed-ip the result is we have multiple ips per
  mac address. This leads to an invalid dnsmasq config and dnsmasq can
  start handing out the additional ips instead of the original.
