Title:
  "Add Project" Modal button could be renamed for consistency

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  It would be great if in the "Add Project" modal, the button name was
  "Add Project" rather than "Finish". This would improve consistency by
  matching the modal title as well as make it clear which action the
  user is taking. Attached is a screenshot of the current Add Project
  modal which is found within the Create User modal.
