  A few smaller Usability Improvements

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1) It looks like most links have an underline styling when the user
  hovers over the text. This is not the case for column headers in
  table. Adding this underline would add consistency, but also it would
  help to user to understand right away that they can click these to
  sort.

  2) While looking at the VNC tab of an Instance Details page, the
  "Click here to show only VNC" link blends into the blue background
  that it's on so much that it's hard to tell this is a link without
  hovering over. Adding an underline style to this text would help it to
  stick out at clickable. At that point, it can probably be changed to
  "Show only VNC".

  3) Rather than "Unpause" instance as an action, the term "Resume"
  might be better.
