  quantum metadata proxy does not forward IP properly

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released
Status in OpenStack Quantum (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Quantum metadata proxy does not include the forwarded IP address
  in the header from Quantum to Nova.  Additionally, Nova defaults to
  the requesting server IP which is the proxy IP and not the guest
  instance local IP.
