  qcow2 images converted to raw when using LVM images

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When using LVM images:

  libvirt_images_type=lvm

  qcow2 images are downloaded from glance, then copied to raw and then
  finally dd'd to the LV. This is bad for things like windows images
  that can't get very small. The conversion to raw is an unnecessary
  step in this case.
