Title:
   Incorrect EC2 error code (CreateKeyPair) Duplicate

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On KeyPair duplication attempt CreateKeyPair requests must return with
  the " InvalidKeyPair.Duplicate" error code instead of the
  'KeyPairExists' according to the
  http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/APIReference/api-
  error-codes.html.

  Note: The doc does not specifies exactly the which code to use from
  the 400-series . I guess 409 can be used here.

  Test System version:  openstack-nova-api-2012.2-1.fc18
