Status in OpenStack Quantum (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  **** This is a reminder bug. ****

  We must resolve  branches in db migration script before releasing G-3.

  We decided to have a special rule that we ignore branches in db
  migration scripts until G-3 branch cut and fix the branches of db
  migration scripts just before/after the branch cut. The branches will
  be resolved after G-3 patch series lands.
