  VM boot fails with NEC plugin

Status in OpenStack Quantum (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  By the commit 4babf7d7e12f35c137148727842f7af28312e858 in nova as a part of blueprint libvirt-vif-driver
  nova/network/quantumv2/api.py fill the 'bridge' name according to 'binding:vif_type' attribute of
  VIF port returned by quantum.

  If quantum does not return binding:vif_type, the 'bridge' name set to None
  and this leads to an error in VIF plugging.

  To address it the plugin must support blueprint vif-plugging-
  improvements
