Bug description:
  using stack.sh install cloud environment, nova-novncproxy failed to start, the error showed:
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/opt/stack/nova/bin/nova-novncproxy", line 80, in <module>
      server = console.websocketproxy.NovaWebSocketProxy(
  AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'websocketproxy'

  test on the latest nova/commit
  f24cfa8093913466658a3ce2d9dc907c0c813239
