  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In my environmont:
    nova version: the newest git master branch
    centos5.4 + libvirt + xen
     libvirt_images_type=lvm 
     libvirt_images_volume_group=new_data
        
  used command :   nova host-describe hostname , I found the disk_gb result is not vg disk size but dom0 disk size
