Title:
  Admin Images table should have "Create Image" action

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  You have Delete Image at top  on the Image Screen of Dashboard of
  Horizon -under Admin->Images from the Menu

  Plus one can Edit the existing image and Update them

  But for a new project if I want to add new images I do not find any
  Menu item to add images

  Suggest one like Update Images as follows but the ADD BUTTON should be
  adjacent to Delete Images button at top.

  It should have

  Add Image                         Description: From here you can add
  different properties of an images
