Bug description:
  Using the latest versions of Grizzly Quantum (git 01f3b1f) on Fedora
  17...

  I'm seeing the following in /var/log/quantum/server.log when using
  PostgreSQL:

  2013-01-13 21:41:23.470 14944 CRITICAL quantum [-] Postgresql ENUM
  type requires a name.
