  VLAN argument on nova-manage create network

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi guys

  I am using OpenStack with  FlatDHCP network..

  Trying to create a new network via nova-manage network  command I
  noticed the --vlanid option.

  
    Which is the meaning of this parameter for my config ? 

   Does it make sense   using VLAN Manager network manager only?

   Is this an input validation bug or Am I wrong ?  Thx
