Title:
No log message if keystone.conf isn't readable
Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
Fix Released
Bug description:
I installed keystone from Ubuntu packages on 11.10. I had incorrectly
set /etc/keystone/keystone.conf to not be readable by the keystone
user (owned by root, not readable by all). I started the service by
doing "service keystone start", and it immediately quit, with no log
message about what the problem was.
It would be helpful if the error message about the keystone.conf not
being readable would appear in a log in the /var/log/keystone
directory.
