[Bug 844138] Re: LeastCostScheduler.weigh_hosts() doesn't return enough hosts

Marked this as Invalid because the code has changed _A LOT_ since this
report. If you look at the current code and this bug report, it doesn't
seem like they're talking about the same code base. :-)

Title:
  LeastCostScheduler.weigh_hosts() doesn't return enough hosts

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  LeastCostScheduler.weigh_hosts() is supposed to return one host per
  instance to be booted, but instead only returns a weighted list of the
  hosts. This means that a request for 10 instances in a zone with 2
  compute nodes will only result in 2 instances booted, when all 10
  could be booted.
