Ah, I didn't know about nova/bin/nova-novncproxy. That's been fixed
already.

Turns out this was an old issue from devstack where it used
https://github.com/kanaka/noVNC/utils/nova-novncproxy. It has since been
fixed.

  Update nova-novncproxy for the oslo.config change

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  nova-novncproxy is still trying to import openstack.common.cfg so it
  fails in a recent Grizzly devstack.

  Submitting this bug so we can track it for the G release.

  Fix here, thought I would give nova people a chance to review it
