Title:
[PATCH] support resizing btrfs filesystems
Status in Init scripts for use on cloud images:
Fix Committed
Status in “cloud-init” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
I converted a cloud image from ext4 to btrfs and this warning appears
when booting the image:
2013-01-13 20:03:05,057 - cc_resizefs.py[WARNING]: Could not determine
filesystem type of /
I put a patch to support resizing btrfs volumes up at
https://code.launchpad.net/~blair/cloud-init/cloud-init
It's a little tricker than I initially thought it would be, please
review the commit to see details on this. The patch hasn't been
tested with ext* and xfs filesystems, only btrfs filesystems.
