Status in OpenStack Quantum (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [openstack@dhcp-4-149 devstack]$ quantum quota-show
  404 Not Found

  The resource could not be found.

  It would be nice if it was like below (it may help use understand what
  to update)

  [openstack@dhcp-4-149 devstack]$ quantum quota-show
