  bm_pxe_ips table is not getting populated - Grizzly G3

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Using Grizzly G3.

  After provisioning a baremetal with an image, bm_pxe_ips table is not getting populated. This table remains empty.
  Only way to know which mac addresse got which ip address is by looking at /var/lib/misc/dnsmasq.leases
