Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  There are a bunch of config options to describe access to swift but
  there is no config option to say you want to connect to privateURL.
  Unfortunately this cannot be fixed at the moment because python-
  swiftclient has the same issue:
