  glance-scrubber crashes if Swift returns 404

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If the image object that a queue file refers to happens to go missing
  from the backend, the _delete function is not catching this exception
  and causing the app to fall over constantly.
