  IE8 won't show confirm dialog when deleting

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Found release: Folsom

  Currently if the user tries to delete his instance the confirm dialog
  won't popup. The same problem applies to several places, delete
  floating ip, delete volume etc.

  This makes it impossible to delete instances on IE8

  This is only for IE8, I've made a fix which is working in our Horizon
  version will try to port to upstream.

  The fix can be done by changing horizon.templates.js: The compiling
  needs to .html() instead of the current .text()

  Bug reproduced in jsfiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/eTfGw/2/
