  Flavors get deleted when reusing an existing name

Bug description:
  If I edit a flavour and accidentally change its name to another
  existing name, the flavour I was editing will be deleted.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to the flavour menus and edit "m1.tiny". 
  2. Change the name to "m1.xlarge". The form doesn't validate and a message "Error: Unable to update flavor" appears on screen.
  3. Cancel and reload the flavors page: m1.tiny doesn't exist anymore.

  This applies to both master and Folsom.

  To edit a flavour we delete it then recreate it. We should be able to
  do a name/id check first and avoid losing the flavour entirely.
