Bug description:
  When testing Hyper-V nova driver attaching a volume from a Windows
  Storage driver (related bug
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1149467) that needs to insert
  initiator name in its ACL we've detected that the connector
  information is not being returned correctly.

  We are returning  {ip:foo_ip,
  initiator:{ip:foo_ip,initiator:foo_initiator}} when it should be:
  {ip:foo_ip, initiator: foo_initiator}
