Title:
  Hyper-V option should be moved to the HYPERV group

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Due to the large number of options available in Nova, driver related
  options should go in separate sections.

  This bug addresses the Hyper-V driver, where a HYPERV group is already in use.
  In order to maintain backwards compatibility, this depends on a recent feature of oslo.config.cfg that adds an optional "deprecated_group" argument to option definitions.
