  Nova hosts API error responses could be improved

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If an invalid host name is given with an update request, the response
  body states:

  RESP BODY: {"itemNotFound": {"message": "Host %(host)s could not be
  found.", "code": 404}}

  Clearly, this should replace %(host)s with the actual host that was
  given with the request.
